Exploring Love and Fear

I share an experience I had this morning as part of me exploring love and fear.  Enjoy!

Tears today, from both of us.  I pondered are these tears of love or fear?

It started when Scott played John Legend's, “All of Me.”  Words and music below for you.

We hugged each other as we listened and softly sang the words to each other, emphasizing certain words that resonate with our relationship.

Smart mouth
Crazy, out of my mind
magical mystery ride
curves, edges,
worst distraction
perfect imperfections

The Universe answered with a synchronicity.   As we left the house for work, Scott changed the radio station.  "All of Me" was just starting to play.

Again my tears.  I realized this is all about our love, our relationship, our perfect imperfection.  This song was written by a 30 something inspired by his fiancé.  I marvel that it resonates so deeply with a couple of 50 somethings who have been married for over 30 years.

I will close with John Legend’s lyrics.  He has looked into my soul, perhaps our collective souls and sings of the ups and downs of love . . .

OCTOBER 23^RD 2014 – SOLAR ECLIPSE/NEW MOON AT 0° SCORPIO

This is a very powerful Solar Eclipse that is happening on a Scorpio New Moon!   Eclipses are extra powerful New Moons and can trigger major endings and/or powerful beginnings in your life and throughout the world. This Solar Eclipse/Scorpio New Moon is highlighting 3 planets, our personnel planets…..Venus, Mercury and Mars….along with the Nodes.   The Sun and Moon (the New Moon), are in Scorpio.  Scorpio energy is about deep transformation, Earth Spirituality, sex, death, natural shamanism, others money, passion, intensity, highly intuitive, the Soul mate, our shadow, medium ship, hospice, looking deep into our unconscious and our Soul…..and anything that feels a little uncomfortable!  If it isn’t uncomfortable……it isn’t Scorpio! 

A lot of Scorpio energies are being magnified during this Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse!  Be aware of the gray side of Scorpio which is…. lies, secrets, judgments, out of bounds Ego, control, manipulation, betrayals, jealousy.. etc.   If you feel yourself in these areas, recognize it…and make a conscious effort to move out of it and forward into the higher energies of Scorpio.  The “gift” of Astrology is being able to recognize the energies, move away… so you can navigate to a higher level.   This Scorpio Solar Eclipse/New Moon will also activate things on a sexual level.  The energies are very passionate and intense….everything from casual sex, to sacred sexuality, the merging of the physical with the Soul. 

Eclipses are a powerful pin point of energy that affects your chart (and the Earth/humanity chart) in a certain area (the degrees of the Eclipse), for up to 6 months and sometimes longer.  Think of an Eclipse as a disruption of time, a disruption of the natural flow of the light and dark.  Think of it as a “wobble or a blip” in time, energy and the natural flow of day and night.  It becomes a powerful pin point of energy.  An Eclipse opens a portal to the Universe, where a stream of knowledge, new codes and information can be down loaded from the Universe into our consciousness or subconscious.  It is like an upgrade.   Eclipse’s can also affect the magneto-receptors in our DNA, along with radio waves, X-ray’s, etc.  Eclipses are accelerated catalysts, and they are either breakdowns and/or breakthrough events.  It is a time to go outside (if you can) look up and connect with the sky… be still and listen.  It is time to be one with the Earth, and receive.    Ask for guidance in how to handle the energy and information that you receive. 

Remember also that a New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle. New Moons are the most spiritual and intuitive moons of the whole Lunar cycle. It is a wonderful time to manifest, meditate and create!  Each New Moon brings with it a down load of evolutionary energies giving us the knowledge to create a beautiful future. Remember that the New Moon energy last a day and half on each side of the peak or more.  This is a very powerful time to manifest and create.  Take the energy of this very powerful Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse and manifest a beautiful and peaceful world.   Take time to manifest for yourself also.

This Transformative Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse also has Venus sitting right next to it.   The Universe is speaking very loudly here!  All three planets (Sun, Moon and Venus) are all at 0 degrees of Scorpio.  All 3 blending together…working together.    Venus is about relationships, sexuality, intimacy, values, money, Love, creativity, attraction and feminine energy.   The Universe is asking us to look at who we love, how we love, and how we let others love us.  We are being asked to be truly honest with ourselves…. and others… when it comes to all the qualities of Venus. Venus in Scorpio during this powerful Solar Eclipse/New Moon will not let us hide.  We must look at what shadows we have deep in our Souls about our relationships with others.  We can’t hide anymore and we can’t hide these relationships.  It is time to face them, on all levels.  If they are abusive, or just not right for us any more…..it is time to move away from them, in the  kindest way possible….and reach for the relationships that come from the higher energies of Love.   Ask your guidance to help you identify what has been buried deep in your Soul.  Ask your guidance to help guide you in how to create and attract more positive and loving relationships in your life.  With Venus…. during this Solar Eclipse/New Moon and the Eclipse being a portal also…..we are receiving a very powerful message from the Universe about Love….. for ourselves, humanity, and for all life forms in our Galaxy…….we need to transform where we are….to where we are headed…towards a powerful  Love that is easily flowing back and forth between us, humanity, the Earth, and all life forms in our Galaxy! 

During this Eclipse we also have Mars (which also co-rules this Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse) sitting right on the Galactic Center and sextiling (harmonious energy)!!!    Wow, we have both a portal opened up to the Universe by the Eclipse and at the same time we have Mars activating the Galactic Center which is also a portal to the Universe!!!  So we actually have 2 portals opened up at this Solar Eclipse/New Moon.   This Eclipse is defiantly about transformation, change, Birthing of New, and Urgency on many levels. It seems that many answers will be downloaded to us through the portal and the Galactic Center during this amazing Eclipse and throughout the New Moon.  With it also being a New Moon in Scorpio…..going into the depths of the unknown (Scorpio)…..it is time to manifest (New Moon) that we become the Spiritual pioneers (Mars) involving all types of communication (Mercury) with all life forms throughout the Galaxy!!  Again take time to receive and listen!   Even though we will receive this knowledge, information, and new codes during this Eclipse, we may not understand or see the results for up to 6 months….the seeds will be planted to sprout accordingly to your own birth chart.  Again…go outside and connect with the Earth and the Sky during this powerful Eclipse if you can, ask your Guidance to bring it to you if you cannot connect with the Eclipse outside. Let the energy flow through you from the Eclipse portal and the Galactic Center.    Listen to what information you might hear….throughout the Galaxy and from all Realms!!! 

With both Venus and Mars being major players in this Scorpio Eclipse/New Moon…..the major theme of the balancing of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine….is being accented!    Bringing balance……to everything in the world that is out of balance….. is a huge and powerful statement from the Universe!!

This Eclipse is also happening on the back drop of the powerful and transformative ongoing Cardinal “T” Square, involving Pluto, Uranus and the North (and Mercury) and South Nodes (and Uranus).  This Cardinal energy of Birthing of new, change, and urgency is also adding to this transformative and powerful Solar Eclipse/New Moon. The fact that Pluto/Mars rule this Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse makes the energy even more powerful, as Pluto is part of the Cardinal “T” Square. 

What does this mean?   That the Universe is asking us to make a major transformation in relationships between the love of ourselves and the love of the “Other”    It is asking us to move from the “Me” energy (South Node/Uranus in Aries) to the “We” energy (North Node/Mercury in Libra).  We are moving into balance in love.  Equal give and take between self love… and love of the “Other” in all relationships.   We are being asked to leave behind the self focus of let’s say….. being the top warrior for my own victory….and instead, becoming the top warrior for humanity, for the tribe, for the community.  The one who comes from and is for equal respect, and equal give and take in relationships of all kinds…love, community, work, friends, tribes etc.  Bringing relationships into Balance!  We need to change/transform our thinking in how we become and observe relationships.  We need to communicate this new way of being in relationship so all can see and hear and feel this” New” way.   That is where we are heading.

With this Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse……The Universe is asking us to face our greatest fears….to face things that we haven’t wanted to look at (rather recent or in the past)….face our shadows (our less desirable qualities)……except them…. move through them… so we can transform them into the higher energies, so we can be part of the “New.”  This is a very powerful time….with lots of changes leading to transformation.  This Eclipse could trigger a challenge in your life or an opportunity…..or out of the challenge, which you are facing, you can receive an opportunity.   Remember that it is usually in the darkest hours….that we find our answers and then the light (healing) starts to appear. 

This Eclipse is defiantly about transformation, change, Birthing of New, and Urgency on many levels. It seems that many answers will be downloaded to us through the portals.

 Again take time to receive and listen!   Even though we will receive this knowledge, information, and new codes during this Eclipse, we may not understand or see the results for up to 6 months….the seeds will be planted to sprout accordingly to your own birth chart.  Again…go outside and connect with the Earth and the Sky during this powerful Eclipse, but know that if you cannot do that or see the Eclipse, you will still receive the energies through your guidance…. Go deep within yourself, your soul and see what comes to you…things that you might need to look at, from childhood traumas to things that you are reacting to now.  How can you change your current approach to these things?  Because this is a New Moon, which is the most psychic and Spiritual moon of the whole lunar cycle, it is a time to mediate, and a time to manifest.  Take all the energies of this New Moon/Solar Eclipse and manifest a beautiful path to ascension for all, a beautiful world and a beautiful community.

The Earth itself may have a hard time incorporating all the energy from this powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse. There could be some natural rebounding, major storms, earth quakes, volcanoes etc. from the Earth.  The Earth is also purging.  Solar Flares are also increasing during this time.

Take this energy of transformation, Birthing of New, Change and Urgency and empower yourself to change where needed and then to change the World! Take a step, any step, just move……now is the time to take action!!

 Old pathways dissolve and new ones show up.  This Scorpio New Moon/Solar Eclipse brings us a lot of changing energies, life changing down loads, and new knowledge that will be downloaded to us.  There can still be confusion, and chaos.  Watch money markets, the weather, for the possibility of more major storms.  Watch out for more aggression, accidents and some violence.  Watch what you say and how you say it.  Watch where you are walking and how you and others are driving.  Be careful, be cautious!  This is a very powerful Scorpio New Moon Solar Eclipse!! It is time to manifest…create the future you want….create the world you want to live in….create a beautiful world for your community and for the world.  It is a time to meditate….as much as you can.  It is a time to ask for guidance and then trusting the guidance you receive.  It is time to sit in quiet and Listen!!!

Karen Craft, Inter-species Telepathic Communicator

Thursday night, I listened to my first professional pet psychic, Karen Craft.  Her business card shows her as an Inter-species Telepathic Communicator.  She said many people call her a pet psychic but she prefers, pet communicator. 

As part of her introducing our speaker, Bev recalled the time when Karen consulted with Bev’s neighbor dog, Muffy.  Muffy had started doing his business in the house and Karen was brought in to see why.  Karen found out that the neighbor on the other side had a new dog that intimidated Muffy when he was outside.  The answer was simple when Karen helped Muffy “communicate” what was troubling him. 

Karen took a break through class at Spring Farm in Missouri, http://www.springfarmcares.org/directors.htm.   Spring Farm has animals that participate in the pet communication process.  When asked what language she spoke, Amber, the donkey, told her that she speaks all languages which are really universal impulses or energies that are translated, telepathic communication.  Some times that is received by the pet communicator as mental pictures, voices or a knowing from the heart or love energy.

Her consulting practice works in person or by phone.  She calls it a 3 way hook up; I thought it sounded like a party line.  In Karen’s experience, people may think that some animals are dumb, but rather she says it has more to do with their interest level, not intelligence.  Many people believe a smaller brain indicates less intelligence; she had an example of how small our computers have become and we don’t consider them to be less intelligent.  I liken animal communication to what I have heard about how to talk to angels or the universe.  For example, you tell the dog, don’t jump.  He hears, jump, so he jumps.  It is like The Law of Attraction.  Ask for what you want to attract, don’t focus on the negative or the not or don’t.

After hearing her discuss her conversations with animals and listening to her do readings in the audience, I am not sure about pet communication.  But this would be true of me about anything that I have not personally experienced.  I may think too much about it.  My truth is so far, I don’t know.  It sounded to me like she was anthropomorphizing the animals’ part of the communication.  She talked about scratching the head of a pug and as she started to scratch down his back, he asked her to go back to scratching his head.  Perhaps my ego said, “Well duh.”  In another example, she said her cat liken animal telepathy to the internet. That got me really thinking.  I felt my BS meter start to go up.  And then I thought more about it, I do believe that non-verbal communication from angels, from God, from deceased family comes through as symbols or emotions that have to be read through the receiver’s filter system.  Then it started to be more believable to me.

One thing really caught my attention about road kill.  When I see road kill, I always say a prayer in my head.  Karen said she did the same and told a story about her dog, Angel, at home being uncomfortable coming into the house because of all the raccoon spirits she had brought home.  I now have changed my prayer to include sending their spirits to the light of God.  After she invited all her house guests to go to the light and now Angel gladly comes back into the house, Karen shared her non-public motto, “Dam this shit works!”  I clapped at that but refrained from the arm/fist pumping.

A lady from the audience emotionally talked about her deceased parents’ dog frequently going back to the adjacent family farmstead.  It pained her that the dog was grieving for her parents.  I liked it when Karen explained that perhaps the dog went back because the farm was familiar and perhaps her family was still hanging around so it was more of a visit with old friends.

Another question was about consuming animals.  I was impressed with how she handled this emotional and controversial topic with this audience.  She shared that animals understand their purpose and reincarnation.  Karen recalled talking to a dairy cow who asked her, “Have you had your mild today?”  My take away was that animals raised organically, humanely are our way of showing our respect and gratitude for their service. 

From my perspective, the discussion revolved around energy and it is the language we communicate with.  Karen spoke about how like energies attract and that is how animals pick you.  In my life, we were choosing between 2 Standard Poodles and our dog, Buckaroo, sat down on my friend’s foot while the other dog hung around the breeder.   He made it easy to choose him, after he chose us.

Something similar happened when we went to look at Maine Coon kittens.  When we walked into the breeder’s home, a big 1 year old male came to me and I picked him up and held him while we got the tour.  He had some health issues so he was not for sale.  I see it more clearly now.  His name was Hicklory Dickory Doc.  I had recently lost my favorite Uncle Doc.  Now he is called Doc and he doesn't like to be picked up. 

We stepped into the nursery when the breeder kept her kittens and a ball of fur came flying out from under the kennels and started to play with us.  The others cowered in safety.  We had recently lost an 18 year old cat named Blaze (a stripe down the middle of her face).  This kitten had a blaze on her face.  Coincidence?  We didn't think so and immediately knew she was for us.  We named her Sukie after a character in the Witches of Eastwick.

Animals and energy make sense.  Karen shared her energetic way of clearing the road.  She telepathically tells the “critters” to stay off the road and sweeps her hand back and forth, especially when she sees a deer crossing sign.

I’m not sure that pet communication isn't a lot like human communication.  We all rely to some extent on our intuitive responses to verbal and non-verbal communication we receive.  Personally, when I get the “silent treatment” or when the words conflict with my gut, I have to use different skills to figure out what is going on. 

Perhaps it is the language of love.

John Mellencamp

Under the topic of “In Case You Missed It”:

Today, I was watching CBS This Morning and saw a segment about John Mellencamp. John has resonated with Scott and I for most of our lives. One of Scott’s favorite sayings comes from John. “I’ve got two moods: I’m either pissed off or I’m alright . . .” Needless to say our spiritual journey has helped to mellow us out and perhaps Mellencamp too.

While watching the segment, my legs started to tingle and I got a powerful spiritual realization about him. In the 1980s, he was approached by an older woman on a New York street. She asked him, “Do you know how many angels are around you?”
“What?” He asked, baffled.

“You are covered with protection!” She proclaimed. At the time, he didn’t understand what she meant, but the future would hold the answers.

Later he found out that he survived a rare birth defect, spina bifida. His neurosurgeon did a lifesaving and pioneering “guinea pig” surgery on him. Two others, born at the same hospital with the same defect, did not survive adolescence, let alone to their 60s like John. John said, “I am lucky to be here.”

Mellencamp then went on to say, “Now looking back on her saying that, seeing what I have seen, maybe I believe it”

Recently, he met the 97 year old surgeon who saved his life. John said, “And basically we talked about faith . . . cuz I have very little faith. . . in anything. He just kept grabbing my hand and saying, John you need to find faith. I am trying to take his advice to heart. . . find faith in something.”

The reason I bring this to your attention, and perhaps the reason it hit my radar, is that spiritual messages can be everywhere - on the streets of New York City, to Super Stars, and in the grasp of the elderly. John Mellencamp may have been marketing his new album and tour that starts in January, but I caught a different message, a message about faith and about other things that are less tangible.

My husband and I have had the great privilege to volunteer again this year. The tour was here 2 years ago and there was so much to take in that I didn't allow myself to settle down, relax and feel the energy.

We volunteered last Saturday and again, I was so excited to be participating again that I couldn't settle down....I was just abuzz with enthusiastic energy.

I volunteered today, by myself, and my solo experience was very different from my previous encounters with the energy of the relics and the people that have come to witness the relics.

I posted myself as the Blessing Assistant...this is after the people have viewed the relic display and are waiting for a Buddhist monk to bless them.  The room has such an overwhelming sense of sacred calm, much like the memories of holding my breath under water at the city swimming pool as a child and opening my eyes.  I felt removed from the chaos of the world and the sound was muted and it felt almost in slow motion at times.

I heard crying, sobbing and had to bring myself back to the now to see what was happening.  A man was on his knees in front of the case that had the relic of the original Buddha.  I caught myself because I felt like I wanted to give him a hug but restrained myself.  Many people as they experience the relics will be quietly emotional and tearful.  It touches different people in different ways and people need to experience what they need to experience without intrusion.

After he had gone around the display, he walked by me.  I felt a HUGE wave of emotion that caught me so off guard.  I felt myself wobble and started to feel overwhelmed with emotion.  I felt tears start to well inside me.  I quickly took several cleansing breaths to ground and calm myself.

I know I said wow out loud.

Now that the energy of the room had my attention, I decided to do a bit of meditation with my eyes open.  I have never been successful in the past but felt today was different, special, magical.  I have recently learned Laya yoga meditation and proceeded to send my mantra out to the universe...with my eyes open....waiting for the universe to respond.  My yoga teacher tells me to wait for the universe to return a sound back to me, like an echo.  As I waited, I felt my vision narrow and a fog came across my vision like a curtain falling.  I wondered, what is happening and then blinked a couple of time and as quickly as it arrived, the fog vanished.

I felt giddy after that.  My legs would tingle when some people talked to me but not every with everyone.  Hmmm.....

At the end of my shift, I felt a bit off kilter.....happy and pleased with how I had spent my afternoon.

Krista Kaine. Psychic Medium....I attended a group reading.

Over the weekend, I participated in a group psychic reading with medium Krista Kaine.  As she read each person in the group, I kept hoping that we would run out of time before she got to me.  She did such a great job asking questions and being the intermediary between this world and those on the "other side of the veil".  I felt that each reading was so intense and intimate for each person.  She called it the hot seat.  And funny thing, I was the last one read and we went way over time.


In retrospect, the group was diverse in who and why they were there.  We had several people who had illnesses, who had lost children and parents and friends.  As I sat there waiting for her to get to me, I thought to myself, "why am I here?"  It was obvious that many of these people needed to be here to get messages from their loved ones.  

In one case, a lady had developed breast cancer after her son had tragically died several years ago.  I do believe that our body retains emotional pain if we do not actively participate in the grief and healing and releasing process.  I'm no doctor or healer but it feels like to me that her body retained the pain of her loss in her breast tissue.  I've met this woman on several occasions and she looked pale and fragile when she entered the room.  Early in the session, Krista worked on her.  I thought it was fortuitous that we were at a "new age shop" where there are lots of stones and crystals for Krista to "borrow" as part of the session.  
Krista put some large quartz crystals on the floor near this lady.  It was fascinating to watch Krista work on this woman.  She drew from her personal experience of healing her father who had a cancer.  As the afternoon progressed, this woman's face brightened and got more color.....which I thought was amazing on several levels, primarily since Krista kept turning the thermostat down on the air conditioner and I was freezing.   Another observation, the quartz crystals appeared to darken as the reading progressed.....weird.

When I signed up for the reading, I didn't really know much about Krista.  There was 1 seat open and I didn't have anything more interesting to do with my Sunday afternoon, so I thought, "what the heck...do it."  She is a medium and although I think I have worked through much of my personal losses, I would go and be supportive for several of my friends. 
When Krista worked on several people's health issues, I was intrigued.  And why, I don't know.  As I think about it a bit harder now....isn't that what the whole process is about.....HEALING....mind, body, and spirit.

I found the two psychics to have a completely different style and 1 is not a substitute for the other.  I am glad that I didn't have the attitude that once I've gone to a psychic medium, I've seen them all.  And it makes sense to me as I have learned more.  Each person is a product of their unique experiences and each has what I call a "filter system" that is unique.  So it makes sense that each psychic medium would have a personal style and a different filter system....and the same goes with the person being read.  In my case if a meduim would talk about the song, Somewhere Out There,  1 person may thing about a small lost mouse or child where I would think of my Mother.


Back to me sitting there, hoping for time to run out.  I had spoken out load earlier that morning to my deceased Mother which I do a lot now after several readings with Robert Baca, Voices From Heaven; http://www.voicesfromheaven.com/
Talking to my Mother now is a lot like talking to my husband and soul mate of 37 years, I know or think or hear in my head what he is going to say before he says it....and so it's the same for my Mother.  A while back I wrote about her communicating with me with "our song"....Somewhere Out There (see August 2013).  I know she is out there, thinking of me and loving me.

As I sat there, in my head I thought I don't really need to hear from my Mother, I would really like something useful to take away from this reading.  I don't need to deal with issues from my past or present, I want something tangible to help me in the future.  And crazy thing....that's what I got.  I should write more....this reinforces this blog actually.  I will write more about it as soon as I get the recorded session, so that I have what actually happened versus my memory of it.  

My closing thought is that Krista Kaine is more of a Large medium.  ;)

Law of Attraction.........how it works for us

Observation on the Law of Attraction or whatever you call it. 

Over a year ago, my husband found the picture below of a Land Rover that he decided was his fantasy vehicle and he put pictures of it in his office and another that was across from our bed so he can look at it while he is in bed. His intent was to "attract" that car. He also put a $1,000,000 Dollar Bill next to the car, at home and at the office.

If you notice the 2nd car below....is the car (Sid) we bought this week when we traded cars. When we consider all the things that had to happen, the sequence for this minor miracle to occur is staggering. Our astrologer friend speaks a lot about asking the Universe for things....but you may need to wait since it may take your "angels" a bit to make it all happen. We have a great story and working on comedic routine about this "perfect storm" to buy this car...

We think the reason the Universe didn't provide the Land Rover is because my husband would say things like....well even if I did have that kind of money I wouldn't buy a Land Rover because I can buy what I need for a lot less money.......well Ta Da!!!!!

My husband works on the Law of Attraction constantly and he knows it works since almost every time he parks somewhere, he asks for what he calls "Rock Star" parking. So he usually gets the first or second parking space in front of Walmart, etc.

Now let's see when the $1,000,000 shows up.

Conformity...yes or no?

I received a big poke from the universe today.  I find that when I keep alert to themes as they come across my radar…it is my guidance system speaking to me.

I have a bit of ADHD when I watch antennae TV ….and I channel surf.  This morning I got a small segment from Leave it to Beaver….that was about the son changing his hair style because the parents were worried about what other people might think.  Second, was Glen Beck shouting on the radio, “DON’T CONFORM!”  And third, as I was driving through Starbucks to get my daily latte, the guy at the drive thru looked at my dog in the back seat and said, “Is that a poodle?  I’ve never a seen a standard poodle like that.”  I explained he was a poodle with a mohawk haircut and a colorful neck bandana and his name was Buckaroo....a poodle with an attitude.

As I ponder what to take from these events, I hear a common theme hitting my radar…..about conformity.  My essence has always screamed Non-Conformity as almost a means of survival.  So my take for me is to confirm non-conformity, and reaffirm being my own unique self…. 

Shakespeare suggested the same to all of us, “To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.”

The world exists, from a certain point of view, to awaken the faith in God in us.  The Art of Blessing is the first essential step which the human being can take towards God.  If the Art of Blessing awakens the faith in God in us in the beginning, through persevering practice of this extraordinary spiritual method we can “melt” into God, merging with Him completely.  This initiation is unique in the world and we consider it to be an extraordinary revelation for the whole of humanity.

In the beginning it is enough to believe that God exists, or at least to have the inner openness to practice the Art of Blessing.  That is sufficient for this “grain” to develop through the Art of Blessing to reveal an overwhelming splendor.  When we reach ecstatic fusion with God, we understand that He is everything, He is the only One who truly exists.  In a state of spiritual ecstasy, Samadhi, we see nothing but God, we also forget about ourselves because God is everything. The Art of Blessing makes us understand that the Divine Grace moments are not occasional. They are expressions of necessity and can be triggered exactly when we wish as a consequence of the Art of Blessing.

The energy of blessing results from the Supreme Divine Energy and bestows on us Supreme Grace, deriving from the Supreme Divine Spirit which exists beyond the three worlds (physical, astral, causal). The fundamental revelations realized by Sri Yuktesvar and unveiled to Yogananda – presented in the book “Autobiography of a yogi” – about God-ness, the world beyond, the physical, astral, causal worlds are fundamental to understand the Divine Laws on which the Art of Blessing is based.
